  1. 1.Certificate of Appropriateness: A request by Tony Crosetto (Tony Quality Trades), on behalf of owner, Steve Thomas, for review of a Certificate of Appropriateness – Historic District to allow the rehabilitation of a 1,930 SF single-family residence (Tax Parcel R610-039-00A-0116- 0000) in the Old Town Bluffton Historic District and zoned Neighborhood Center-HD. The structure, known as the “Allen Lockwood House,” was included in the Bluffton Historic District, listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1996 and designated as a Contributing Resource to the Old Town Bluffton Historic District in 2008.
