  1. 1.Certificate of Appropriateness.  A request by Nicholas, Rob, and Michelle Nurnberg for approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness – HD application to allow the addition of a shed roof over the side entry and add an enclosed area of approximately 58 SF to the Carriage House structure along with additional minor architectural modifications to the residential structure currently under construction located at 32 Pritchard Street in the Old Town Bluffton Historic District and zoned Neighborhood General-HD.
