  1. 1.Buckwalter Tract - Grande Oaks Commons (Concept Plan Amendment): A request by the property owner, Jake Reed of University Investments LLC, for approval of a concept plan amendment.  The applicant is requesting to amend the Buckwalter Tract Development Agreement and Concept Plan to add 65.59 acres as Grande Oaks Commons, including an additional 32.0 acres of General Commercial acreage.  The properties are currently zoned Grande Oaks Planned Unit Development in unincorporated Beaufort County and consist of 65.59 acres identified by tax map numbers R600-029-000-2410-0000 and R600-029-000-0014-0000 located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Buckwalter Parkway and Lake Point Drive.
