1. 1.BuiltMart (Development Plan Amendment): A request by Eugen Pop on behalf of Elite Home Group, LLC for the approval of a Final Development Plan Amendment. The proposed amendment consists of the addition of a fence along the back of the property with associated landscaping. 2. 2.PickUp USA Fitness Club at Westbury Park (Development Plan): A request by Brad Buss of Ward Edwards Inc., on behalf of Eric Zwilsky of 1 Corinthians, LLC, for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan. The project consists of a 15,400 SF basketball-focused fitness facility with associated access, parking, utilities and stormwater infrastructure. 3. 3.5 Lawton St. (Development Plan Amendment): A request by Maria Drawdy on behalf of James and Michele Jeffcoat Revocable Trust for approval of a Development Plan Amendment.
