  2. 2.Certificate of Appropriateness: A request by Andrew Pietz to allow the construction of a new single-family residence of approximately 3,291 SF and a Carriage House of approximately 484 SF to be located at 58 Pritchard Street, in the Old Town Bluffton Historic District and zoned Neighborhood General-HD.
