2. 2.1282 May River Road: A request by Pearce Scott Architects, on behalf of the owner, CEH Real Estate Bluffton, LLC, for the review of a Certificate of Appropriateness - HD for the renovation to the single-story Contributing Resource, known as the Red Dot, and addition of 653 SF, located at 1282 May River Road, in the Old Town Bluffton Historic District, and zoned Neighborhood Core-HD.
