1. 1.New River Forest (Development Plan Amendment):  A request by Witmer Jones Keefer, Ltd on behalf of Q New River Forest Holdings for approval of a Final Development Plan Amendment. The proposed amendment consists of the addition of a maintenance shed, additional visitor parking, a dog park, and a New Riverside Park connection to the existing community. The property is zoned New Riverside Planned Unit Development (PUD) identified by tax map number R610 036 000 3697 0000 within the New River Forest subdivision.
