1. 1.Proposed Prioritization of Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Improvement Program Projects:  A request by the Town of Bluffton for recommendation of approval to Town Council of the FY2027 Capital Improvement Program. (Staff - Patrick Rooney)

2. 2.1181 May River Road (Development Plan): A request by Nathan Sturre of Sturre Engineering. on behalf of property owner Trevor Wells for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan application. The project consists of the construction of a two-story 8,000 SF mixed use building with associated infrastructure.
