If you are not on the agenda, please complete the yellow "Request to Speak" form to be handed to the City Clerk. The Council is pleased to hear relevant comments and has set a three-minute limit. Rosenberg's Rules of Order guide the conduct of the meeting. Order and decorum will be preserved at all meetings. Personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks are not permitted.
