If you are not on the agenda, please hand the City Clerk a completed yellow "Request to Speak" form. The Council is pleased to hear relevant comments and has set a three-minute limit. Rosenberg's Rules of Order guide the conduct of the meeting. Order and decorum will be preserved at all meetings. Personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks are not permitted.
