The Council is pleased to hear relevant comments; however, a three-minute limit has been set by Council. Rosenberg’s Rules of Order guide the conduct of the meeting. Order and decorum will be preserved at all meetings. Personal, impertinent, or slanderous remarks are not permitted. PLEASE SILENCE ALL CELLULAR PHONES AND PAGERS DURING THE MEETING.
