  Staff recommends that Council approve moving forward with eminent domain for the properties 317-F-208, 317-F-204, 317-F-147.

• B.Children’s Bill of Rights

  Staff recommends that Council approve the Children’s Bill of Rights at the Regular Council Meeting.

• C.Special Event Planning

  Staff recommends that Council approves the planning of Wine and Food Festival at Millennium Park.

• D.Communications Strategy Presentation

  Two or three council members volunteer to form a Communications Advisory Group to work with the Communications Director and team.

• A.McMurray Rezoning Request (Application #TBD)

  Upon initial review and discussion at the March 27, 2023, Council Committee meeting, and if Council agrees to allow the rezoning request to proceed through the formal process, a detailed schedule for review and recommendation by the Planning Commission and for the required Public Hearing in front of the Municipal Council will be developed.

• B.Active Transportation Plan Discussion

  Staff recommends pursuing grant funds through the Walkworks program for the creation of an Active Transportation Plan.

• C.BPEDSC Overview and Applicant Submissions

  Staff recommends scheduling interviews with applicants for April 10^th, April 24^th, May 8^th and May 22^nd ; and voting on members at the June 12^th Regular Meeting.
