General Policy and Finance Items

• A.Building and Fire Code Appeals Board

  Recommendation: Recommend we add to the Council Agenda on May 10, 2021 in order to appoint Tom Kelton to the Building and Fire Code Appeals Board.

• B.Recommendation for Purchase of HRIS System - Attachments

  Staff recommends the addition of an agenda item for the May 10th, 2021 Council Meeting for the purchase of Paycom with total 2021 costs of $25,277. Staff recommends this project being paid from the General Fund – Unassigned Reserve. Future fiscal year budgets will include the ongoing running costs.

• C.Opening Account for American Rescue Fund - Attachment

  I recommend we start the process of opening a separate account for the American Rescue Plan Funds now to be ready when the Municipality receives funds from the State.

  Staff & Engineering recommendation is for Council to place the Liokareas Olive Oil Final Major Land Development on the May 10th Council regular meeting for approval.

  Staff & Engineering recommendation is for Council to place the Lowe’s Tool Rental Final Major Land Development on the May 10th Council regular meeting for approval.

• A.Municipal Building Upper Level Administration Office Renovations - This schematic design would identify programming of the various departments, (current & future) provide for design drawings and budget estimates to be considered for future budgetary years. 

  Recommendation: Recommend approval to move forward with this design phase scope of work.

• B.Saw Mill Run Stream Restoration Project - Discussion Item

• C.Resolution to accept the RACP Grant Funding in the amount of $750,000 for the improvements at Park Avenue -  Attachment
