  A RESOLUTION FOR PLAN REVISION FOR NEW LAND DEVELOPMENT

  Motion:  I move that we approve a motion to grant approval to RESOLUTION No. R12-11-23A, “A RESOLUTION FOR PLAN REVISION FOR NEW LAND DEVEOPMENT” revising the Official Municipal Sewage Facilities Plan for inclusion in the Bethel Trails Plan of Lots Sewage Facilities Planning Module submission to the PADEP.

• B.Bethel Trails Plan of Lots                                                                                                        Major Subdivision #2023-0769                                                                                      Request for Preliminary / Final Approval                                   

  Motion:  I move that we approve to make a motion to grant the applicant’s request for preliminary and final plan approval to the Major Subdivision and Land Development plans entitled “Bethel Trails Plan of Lots” subject to the applicant complying with the conditions of approval stated in the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation letter dated November 14, 2023.

• C.International Property Maintenance Appeals Board Appointment

  Motion:  I move that we approve Resolution No. R12-11-23C for the delegation of the Building and Fire Code Appeals Board to also be designated as the International Property Maintenance Appeals Board to hear matters on the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code.
