  REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY / FINAL PLAN APPROVAL

  Mr. Robert Smoker will be in attendance to present his plan and answer questions. Council is to confirm placement of the plan on the September 11, 2023, agenda for approval.

• B.Coen Markets – Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer - 5281 Library Road

  Council to confirm holding a public hearing on Monday, September 11^th with a 6:45 pm start time.

• C.Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Medical Marijuana Facilities

  Discussion Only. Reminder that a public hearing has been advertised for September 11^th at 7:10 PM. 

• D.Huntington Bank Major Land Development 2021-0823

  Project Closeout – Final Site Bond Release

  Discussion Only.

  Motion: I move to release the remaining funds secured in the Site Bond currently in place as the project has come to an end.

• F.Bethel Park Shopping Center Subdivision of Parcels B & C

  Major Subdivision #2023-303

  Status Update – Deadline Date to Act 9-30-23

  In the event the applicant does not grant another extension of time to the Municipality to act on the plan, staff recommends Council place the subdivision application on the September 11^th agenda and take action to avoid a deemed approval.

• A.Library Adult Programming Room Renovations

  It is recommended to award the construction contract for the Bethel Park Public Library – Adult Programming Room Renovations Project to M.A. Dunn Construction Company, in the amount of $59,000.00.

• B.WWTP - Recommendations for Future Bond Issue Projects

  Scott Dunn to present bond issue update to Council
