Request by staff to advertise for a public hearing on the Barlynn Drive street vacation.
Staff requests for Council to place Application #2021-0622 for a 6,000 square foot automotive repair building on the September 13th Council Regular meeting agenda for approval.
Staff requests that Council place the zoning map ordinance amendment on the September 13, 2021 Council Regular meeting agenda for consideration.
Discussion Item: The next step in the project includes a presentation to State Representatives and PennDOT for possible funding. Discussions should include which option(s) Council prefers we move forward with.
