  It is recommended that the Bethel Pines – Partial Security Reduction No.4 be placed on the December 14, 2020 Regular Council meeting agenda for approval as recommended by staff and engineering

• B.South Hills Assembly of God; Major Subdivision - Attachments

  Staff Recommendation would be for the subdivision application to be placed on the December 14, 2020 Council Regular meeting for approval with conditions that any remaining staff or engineering comments be satisfactorily addressed by the applicant.

• C.Ordinance Amendment - Chapter 59, Article IX; Installation of Sidewalks - Attachments

  Staff is requesting the ordinance amendment be placed on the December 14, 2020 meeting agenda for the Council to authorize advertisement of a public hearing and consider adoption at the January 11, 2021 Regular Council meeting.
