  Recommend that Council approve staff to contact APCO to receive quotes on a feasibility review of CAD implementation as well as an organizational review of the BPPD dispatch center with the focus on improving our current operations, systems, procedures and staffing model to be paid from unassigned reserve funds. Final quotes with recommendation on consultant will be presented to Council for approval.
