  Recommend that we move forward with the S&P Global Ratings the fee of $25,887 plus all taxes for the S&P Global Ratings issuance of our credit rating to be paid with bond funds at closing.

  Recommend that we contact the various Board, Authority & Commission members to gauge interest in continued participation.
