• B.BPVFC Renovations/Clifton Road Fire Station - Attachment

  Attached is the Bid Summary & Recommendations Memo for the BPVFC-Clifton Station Renovations.

  Due to the unique situation in our current construction market at this time, staff and the project manager feels that acceptance of the bids at this time would not represent a good value to the Municipality.

  Motion: I move that we reject all bids for the renovation of the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company Renovation Project for the Clifton Road Fire Station.

  Motion:  I move that we approve this application per the Municipal Planner's memorandum dated May 16, 2022.

  Motion:  I move that we approve the Dream Greener partial security reduction no. 2 for the amount of $547,579.51 per the Municipal Planner’s memorandum dated May 31, 2022.

  Motion:  I move that we award this contract to D'Arrigo Landscaping LLC per the Public Works Director's memorandum dated May 18, 2022.

  Staff recommends the acceptance of the Option 5 bid from Kompan Inc. for $177,077.30.

• C.Orchard Drive to Orchard Avenue Ordinance -  Attachments

  Motion:  I move that we approve Ordinance No. 6-13-22 To change Orchard Drive to Orchard Avenue.

• D.2021 RACP Field Lighting Grant - Attachment

  Motion:  I move that we approve the grant acceptance in the amount of $500,000.
