• A.Bethel Trails Residential Development Bond Reduction Request #5

  Staff recommends that Council approve Bond Reduction #5 for the Bethel Trails residential development in the amount of $122,317.69.

• C.Ordinance Amendment - Park Hours of Operation

  Staff recommends approving the update to Ordinance 9-11-78G, Section 51.6 Park Hours and Closed Areas, to include information on specific times for lighted areas.

Planning and Zoning Items

• A.Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Adaptive Reuse - Ordinance 10-13-25A

  Staff recommends the approval of the zoning amendment for adaptative reuse, as well as authorization to send it to the Planning and Zoning Commission and County Planning Department for comments and schedule a public hearing for possible adoption.

Public Works and Maintenance Items

• A.Miner’s Park Bathroom Plumbing Contract – Change Order

  Staff recommends that Council approve Newman Plumbing’s Change Order #1 for the addition of a hot water tank and mop sink to the Miner’s Park bathroom project for an increase to the contract amount no greater than $4,500.00.  

• B.2025 Road Program - Pay Application

  Staff recommends that Council approve Telegraphis Landscape’s Pay Application #2 in the amount of $22,534.68 from the Capital Budget, line item 06-430-729, for work on the 2025 Landscaping Project.   

• C.2024 Road Program - Change Order and Pay Application

  A. Staff recommends that Council accept Change Order #1 to the 2024 Paving Project from Mele & Mele & Sons, Inc. for an increase to the contract price in the amount of $6,155.14.

  B. Staff recommends that Council approve Mele’s Pay Application #3 & Final in the amount of $86,740.55 from Capital Budget, line item 06-430-729, for work on the 2024 Paving Project.

• D.2025 Storm Sewer CCTV & Cleaning Contract - Pay Application

  Staff recommends that Council accept Pay Application #1 in the amount of $46,501.47 from the Capital Budget CCTV & Cleaning Capital Projects, line item 06-430-753-2502.

• E.2025 Sanitary Sewer Projects - Change Order and Pay Applications

  A. Staff recommends that Council accept Change Order #1 to the 2025 Manhole Rehab Project from State Pipe Services, Inc. for a decrease to the contract price in the amount of $55,865.00.

  B. Staff recommends that Council approve State Pipe’s Pay Application #3 & Final in the amount of $42,566.50 from Sewer Fund, line item 429-374, and 429-845 for work on the 2025 Manhole Rehabilitation Project.

  C. Staff recommends that Council approve Robinson Pipe’s Pay Application #1 in the amount of $18,341.51 from the Sewer Fund, line items 429-370 and 429-845, for work on the 2025 Sanitary CCTV Project.
