  Requesting approval to replace the movement in the Clock Tower at the Community Center from The Verdin Company at the cost of $20,589.00.  Payment will be made from capital budget account 06 402 357 2023.

  Motion:  I move that we approve the purchase of a new movement for the Clock Tower for the amount of $20,589.00.

• B.Safety Fence at the Park Avenue Football Field 

  Requesting approval to replace the safety net located at the Park Avenue Football Field goal post area from Allegheny Fence at the cost of $14,700.00.  Funds will come from budget account 01 451 553

  Motion:  I move that we approve replacing the safety net at Park Avenue Football Field for the amount of $14,700.00.

• C.Purchase of Two Lawn Tractors

  Requesting approval to purchase two 20 Pro-Turn 660 KAW FX1000 E Lawn Tractors from Ariens Company at the cost of $25,009.92.  Funds will come from capital budget account 06 730 775.

  Motion:  I move that we approve the purchase of two lawn tractors for the amount of $25,009.92.

• D.Purchase of Kubota Excavator

  Requesting approval to purchase a KX033-4R3 Kubota Excavator from Kubota Tractor Corporation at the cost of $52,969.85.  The funds will come from capital budget account 06 730 775.

  Motion:  I move that we approve the purchase of the Kubota Excavator for the amount of $52,969.85.
