  Staff recommends that Council add the attached resolution to the agenda for the July 12th, 2021 regular council meeting.

• C.NLC Service Line Warranty Program – Reference Feedback - Attachments

  Provision of reference feedback to Council for further understanding of the program to determine future action, if any.

• D.Strategic Plan Review - Attachments

  Provide guidance and feedback for Staff to make any necessary revisions, so the 2021 Strategic Plan can be finalized and formally adopted.

• E.Clip on Microphones for Council Chambers - Discussion Item

  Council Member Don Harrison has requested this item be placed on the Council Committee Agenda for discussion. 

• F.Actuarial Valuation Report

  We will be requesting that Mockenhaupt Benefits Group conduct an analysis depicting the preliminary 2021 valuation results utilizing the 2019 assumptions and the recommended assumptions so we can better understand the financial impact this will have on our estimated Minimum Municipal Obligation prior to making any decision.

• G.Outreach Teen and Family Services – Additional Support - Attachment

  Staff recommends approving the additional $10,000 grant for continuation of service provision from Outreach Teen and Family Services using funds received thru the American Rescue Plan Act.

• H.Ordinance to Amend Mandatory Retirement Age Requirements - Attachment

  Discussion with the approval to move forward with adoption of the Ordinance at the July 12 Regular Meeting.

  Recommend awarding the Beagle Drive Bridge Repair Project to Michael Facchiano Contracting in the amount of $79,900.  It is recommended at this time, that the project be placed on the July Council meeting.
