Approval of Resolution R7-14-25A for the disposition of records in accordance with the Retention and Disposition Schedule for Records of Pennsylvania Municipal Governments.
Approval of the CODY term subscription license. The annual subscription fee for this term starting on July 1, 2025 and ending on June 30, 2028 will be $45,486.00 from the Public Safety General Fund Software Maintenance/Licenses budget, line item 410 542 0010 for the Police Records Management/Reporting System.
Approval of a payment to C. Harper in the amount of $88,454.00 for the purchase of two (2) crew cab 4X4 Ram pickup trucks from the Capital budget, line item 06 730 770 2025.
