Coen Markets – Intermunicipal Liquor License Transfer - 5281 Library Road
The Municipality received an application on August 3rd for an intermunicipal liquor license transfer of Restaurant License No. R-13058 into the Municipality. The Applicant, Coen Markets, Inc. is seeking to transfer the liquor license from a location in Marshall Township to its new convenience store with restaurant and gasoline dispensing facilities at 5281 Library Road.
Motion: I move that we approve Resolution No. R-9-11-23C to approve the applicant’s Liquor License Transfer request at its regular meeting to follow at 7:30 PM.
