• A.Oxford Highland Island Project

  Staff recommends that Council award the Oxford Highland Island project to Michael Facchiano Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $292,905.00 at the June10, 2024 Council Meeting.

• B.Oxford Signals Upgrade Project

  Staff recommends that Council award the Oxford Signals Upgrade Project to Traffic Control and Engineering in the amount of $55,403.00 at the June 10, 2024 Council Meeting.

• C.Highland Road Bridge Repairs Project

  Staff recommends that Council award the Highland Road Bridge Repairs Project including alternates 1 and 2 to Mele & Mele & Sons in the amount of $415,900.00 at the June 10 Council Meeting.

• D.Sodium Bicarb Bid Results

  Staff recommends accepting the bid results and recommendations for award to provide Sodium Bicarbonate for the Piney Fork Treatment Plant at $0.4125 per pound.

• E.Phase II Consent Order Alternatives Analysis Report Approval

  Staff recommends that Council approve the Sanitary Department Alternatives  Analysis Report for submission to the Allegheny County Health Department, in compliance  with the Phase II Consent Order.

• F.Application for DCED Act 13 Grant Application for Flood Mitigation Program and Watershed Restoration Program

  Staff recommends approving the application for the DCED Act 13 Grant Application for the Flood Mitigation Program and the Watershed Restoration Program. 

• G.Work Authorization for Brookside Boulevard Landslide

  Staff recommends approving the work authorization for engineering services to assist in evaluating the landslide along Brookside Boulevard with a fee not to exceed $5,000.00.
