  If the agreed upon Council meeting date occurs after the January 23, 2024, deadline date to act on the plan, Council will need to obtain a time extension from the developer.

  1. Staff recommends that any approval be contingent on the developer complying with the conditions of approval listed in the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation dated November 14, 2023.

  2. Staff further recommends that Council also schedule a date to approve a Resolution certifying the public sewerage system for the required PADEP Sewage Facilities Planning Module.

  I motion we award the Municipal Building Sidewalk ADA Upgrades project to Avelli Construction at a base bid price of $197,130.00.

• B.2024 Community Center and Field Fee Pricing Increase Proposal

  Staff recommends approving the Bethel Park Recreation Department’s 2024 Community Center and Field Fee Pricing Increase Proposal. Staff recommends the fees be approved for the Field Coalition meeting on February 1, 2024.
