• C.Motion: I move that we approve the rezoning request of Phoenix Keystone Group, LLC by adopting proposed Ordinance No. 7-10-23 summarized as AN ORDINANCE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BETHEL PARK, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF  PENNSYLVANIA, CHAPTER 69 ZONING, THE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF  BETHEL PARK, AMENDING ARTICLE III (“ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS”) THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BETHEL PARK BY REZONING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING THREE PARCELS OF LAND FROM C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) TO R-3 (ONE FAMILY DWELLING): (1) MCMURRAY ROAD, DESIGNATED BY ALLEGHENY COUNTY AS BLOCK AND LOT 775-H-50; and (2) MCMURRAY ROAD, DESIGNATED BY ALLEGHENY COUNTY AS BLOCK AND LOT 775-D-125; and (3) MCMURRAY ROAD, DESIGNATED BY ALLEGHENY COUNTY AS BLOCK AND LOT 775-L-1.
