Approval of Bruce Merrilees Electric, LLC's Pay Application #2 for the Route 88 and Milford Drive Traffic Signal Improvement Project in the amount of $77,436.54 from the capital budget line item 06-433-650-2023.
Approval of a payment in the amount of $7,228.25 to Lake Forest Gardens from the General Fund's Shade Tree Commission line item 416-400 for tree planting.

Motion: I move to approve Resolution R4-13-26C to opt in to receive funding from the Allegheny County Community Development Block Grant Program.
Motion: I move to approve Ordinance 4-13-26A repealing Section 69.35.4.7 of the Code of Ordinances of the Municipality of Bethel Park ("Specific standards for chickens") and replacing it with a new Section 69.35.4.7 ("specific standards for keeping of domestic chickens and ducks") to regulate the keeping of chickens and ducks in the Municipality.
Motion: I move to approve Resolution R4-13-26A to officially adopt the Municipality of Bethel Park 2025 Active Transportation Plan.
