  REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY / FINAL PLAN APPROVAL

  Motion: I move that we approve the Smoker Associates Subdivision Plan No. 2023-0499 and grant the request to waive SALDO Section 7.8 to permit a “Flag Lot” for proposed Lot 2.

• B.Huntington Bank Major Land Development 2021-0823

  Project Closeout – Final Site Bond Release

  Motion: I move to release the remaining funds secured in the Site Bond currently in place as the project has come to an end.

• C.RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE NO. R-13058 INTO THE MUNICIPALITY OF BETHEL PARK @ 5281 LIBRARY ROAD FROM THE TOWNSHIP OF MARSHALL

  Motion:  I move that we approve Resolution No. R9-11-23C approving the transfer of Restaurant Liquor License No. R-13058 into the Municipality of Bethel Park @ 5281 Library Road from the Township of Marshall.

• D.Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment – Medical Marijuana Facilities

  Motion:  I move that we approve Ordinance No.9-11-23 of the Municipality of Bethel Park, amending the Zoning Ordinance, to add provisions and regulations on Medical Marijuana Facilities.

• A.Library Adult Programming Room Renovations

  Motion:  I move that we award the construction contract for the Bethel Park Public Library – Adult Programming Room Renovations Project to M.A. Dunn Construction Company, in the amount of $59,000.00.

• B.Grant Application – Keystone Communities Funding Program – Molly Hill Park Utilization Study

  Motion:  I move that we approve Resolution No. R9-11-23A for the purpose of requesting grant funds for the Molly Hill Park Utilization Study.

• C.Gaming, Economic Development and Tourism Fund (GEDTF) Grant Application – Field Lighting – Millennium Park

  Motion:  I move that we approve Resolution No. R9-11-23B for the  submission of a grant funding request to the GEDTF program through the Redevelopment  Authority of Allegheny County.

• D.2023 Ford Explorer XLT

  Motion: I move that we approve the purchase of a 2023 Ford Explorer XLT from C. Harper Super Center for $40,950.
