  Motion:  I move that we approve a contract increase from $256,650.00 to $472,762.00, based on Insight Pipe’s 2021 contract prices per the Director of Engineering's REVISED memorandum dated June 7, 2021.

• E.ARP Funds Use – Sewer Lining and Manhole Rehab Contracts

  Staff recommends utilizing American Rescue Plan funds to pay for the contract increases of the Sewer Lining Contract from $256,650.00 to $472,762 and MH Rehab Contract from $89,600.00 to $182,850.24, to remain compliant with the Corrective Action Plan.
