  Motion:  I move that we approve Resolution No. R4-11-22B and Resolution No. R4-11-22C per the Grant Writer's memorandum dated March 23, 2022.

• B.Ordinance - Lindermer Street Vacation - Attachments

  Motion:  I move that we approve Ordinance No 4-11-22 to vacate a portion of Lindermer Street.

• C.Parkside Center – Bond Release No. 3 - Attachments

  I move that we approve the third bond release in the amount of $130,658.00 per the Municipal Planner's memorandum dated April 4, 2022.

• D.Application #2021-1071 – Library Road Major Land Development - Attachments

  I move that we approve Application #2021-1071 contingent on the applicant meets the following conditions: satisfactorily address Gateway Engineers and Allegheny County comments, provide financial security estimate to be reviewed and approved by Gateway Engineers, enter into a development agreement with the Municipality, provide Site Plan with approved recording signature blocks for recording, and obtain DEP PMC sewage facilities planning module approval.
