  1. A.Consideration of a request by Waste Connections for rate increase for solid waste and recycling services. Herschel West, Waste Connections, will present the request.

    Action: Motion to (approve / deny / table) a ___% rate increase for solid waste and recycling services fees paid by the City to Waste Connections effective July 1, 2024. Any changes to the rate the City of Bel Aire charges to customers for trash and recycling service will be discussed and approved by resolution at a future City Council Meeting.

XIII.EXECUTIVE SESSION
