Recommended Action:
Approve Minutes dated June 9, 2020.
Approve a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for Conditional Use Permit CUP2018-0021 and Plot Plan PP2018-0119, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval; and
Direct staff to prepare a Notice of Determination for the applicant to record with the County Clerk.
