  1. a.Motion to approve the renewal of the group health insurance policy for employee with Blue Cross Blue Shield for 2026 and to change the drug deductible from $200 to $500.

  2. b.Motion to approve the Lease Agreement between the City of Bay St. Louis and the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce for the lease of the 1905 Old City Hall building located at 300 2nd Street in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.

  3. c.Motion to approve the agreement with Filter Service of Mississippi, LLC to provide AC filter changing services on a monthly basis for a one time cost of $80 plus a monthly recurring cost of $50.00.

  4. d.Motion to approve the annual renewal of the Municode full service supplementation subscription in the amount of $1,200.00.

  5. e.Motion to approve the purchase of police vehicle equipment and installation for (4) Dodge Durango police vehicles, from The Southern Connection, the lowest and best quote in the amount of $46,374.68 using lease purchase financing.

  6. f.Motion to approve the purchase of interview room equipment including installation from Northshore Computer Services in the amount of $3,475.00 and to authorize the administration to issue payment out of the Department of Justice Forfeiture Fund (DOJ).

  7. g.Motion to approve pay application 1 to Bay Motor Winding in the amount of $380,498.75 for the work completed on the lift stations assessments, rehabilitation and SCADA installation project. 

  8. h.Motion to approve payment to Orion Planning in the amount of $1,590.00 for the Bay St. Louis Code Zoning Code rewrite.

  9. i.Motion to extend the existence of a local emergency caused by Hurricane Zeta to December 26, 2025.

  10. j.Motion to spread progress report from tetra tech dated November 4, 2025 for the SWIFT Grant. 

  11. k.Motion to spread the emergency repair from Delta Fire and Safety Inc. for pump repairs in the amount of $19,355.70.
