  2. b.Motion to approve pay application 3 from Thompson Brothers Drilling Inc in the amount of $77,922.04 for work done on the water supply well project. 

  3. c.Motion to approve pay application 2 from Bottom 2 Top Construction LLC in the amount of $53,210.64 for work completed on the Ramoneda Street Sanitary Sewer Improvements project.
