  6. f.Motion to award lease purchase financing for a Ravo Broom Sweeper; 2026 Nissan Rogue; and (3) 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500's with outfitting equipment, to Leasing 2 at an interest rate of 4.36% for 5 annual payments  with a total lease purchase amount of $470,341.10.

  7. g.Motion to accept the donation from Coty Mitchell Athletic Scholarship for two Avalon wall mounted water fountains with bottle filling stations at a total cost of $2,008.00 with a four year protection plan. 

  8. h.Motion to accept the donation from American Legion Post 139 in the amount of $5,692.04 to the Bay St. Louis Police Department to reimburse for travel expenses for four (4) officers traveling to Concerns of Police Survivors National Law Enforcement Memorial Week in Washington D.C. from May 10-16, 2026.

  9. i.Motion to extend the existence of a local emergency caused by Hurricane Zeta to April 26, 2026.

  10. j.Motion to approve pay application 13 for BLD Services LLC in the amount of $39,985.50 for work complete on the citywide sewer improvements project.
