• 12.Motion to approve Docket of Claims 25-048 in the amount of $1,004,488.13 dated September 16, 2025.

• 13.Motion to approve Docket of Claims 25-049 Special dated September 16, 2025 in the amount of $1,184.00.

Consent Agenda

• 14.Motion to approve the street closures on October 1, 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:30pm Starting at Washington Street pier traveling down Beach Boulevard, Left onto Court Street, Right onto Second Street, Right onto Main Street, right on Beach Boulevard ending at the Washington Street pier. Contingent upon Board of Supervisors approval.

• 22.Motion to approve the Administration to purchase two (2) 2025 Honda TRX420FM1 ATVs for the Police Department from Brookhaven Honda, the lowest of two quotes, at a cost of $7,417.00 each, for a total purchase amount of $14,834.00 and to authorize Administration to issue payment out of the  Department of Justice Forfeiture Fund (DOJ Fund).

• 23.Motion to authorize the Administration to declare the following Police Department items as surplus property, having been evaluated and determined to be obsolete, beyond repair, too costly to repair, or damaged/destroyed and further authorize the Administration to proceed with their disposal and auction via the GOVDEALS online auction platform.

• 24.Motion to approve pay app 4 from Gulf Pride Paving LLC in the amount of $120,890.96 for work completed on the Old Town Depot Revitalization Parking Improvements Project.
