  1. a.Motion to approve the resolution of the mayor and city council of the city of Bay S. Louis, Mississippi, authorizing and approving the form and execution of an equipment lease purchase agreement between the city and Cadence Equipment Finance, a division of Cadence Bank, and related matters.

  2. b.Motion to create a new restricted Tree Fund for the City of Bay St. Louis for the purchase of new trees and/or for maintaining existing trees.

  1. a.Motion to approve the professional services agreement with SMPDD to generate a Road Network Maintenance and Improvements Plan for $41,325 using County Road and Bridge Funds as budgeted.
