a.Motion to approve purchase of a Kubota Diesel Utility Vehicle from Lee Tractor via state contract number 8200084877 in the amount of $18,757.00, with funds to be taken from the General Fund (Cash Sale of City Property)
b.Motion to approve the resolution of the mayor and city council of the city of Bay St. louis, Mississippi to establish the floodplain management planning process and designate membership of the floodplain management planning committee; and providing for an effective date.
c.Motion to approve the renewal of the GL2027 Uninsured Motorist Coverage with Mississippi Municipal Service Company for $125 per vehicle for Bodily Injury and Property Damage for City vehicles not to exceed 75 total vehicles.
d.Motion to award the Bay St. Louis Municipal Harbor Hurricane Zeta General Repairs FEMA Project to the lowest and best bidder, Gill's Crane and Dozer Service Inc, in the amount of $4,349,034.65 and authorize the mayor to execute all documents.

f. Motion to allow Department of Marine Resources (DMR) to set up a check station at Washington Street Pier for Oyster Season which runs from October 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
g.Motion authorizing the Bay St. Louis Police Department to continue and renewal of the HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Task force Sub Grantee Cooperative Memorandum Agreement with the Drug Enforcement Administration for FY 2026.
