Action Items

• 1.Motion to approve the renovation to the front facade at 313 Ulman Avenue to include adding a french door and adding a roof over the deck submitted by Nancy Sorak

• 2.Motion to approve the addition to the residence located at 120 Bay View Court submitted by Lisa Forrester, consisting of a 31-foot by 14-foot screened porch at the rear, with a low-profile metal roof and wood pilings

• 3.Motion to approve the construction of a new residence at 703 Hancock Street submitted by Charles Bonner.

• 4.Motion to approve the construction of a pool enclosure at 313 St John Street submitted by A Plus Patio & Screen, consisting of a 33' x 21'6" freestanding aluminum structure with a gable roof in the back yard of 313 St John Street. 

• 5.Motion to approve the renovations at the property located at 153 Main Street submitted by Magnolia Soap and Bath of Bay St. Louis, consisting of interior and exterior painting, installation of barn lights on the front exterior between the outermost windows and signage.

• 6.Motion to approve the construction at 202 Citizen Street submitted by Benfatti Construction for the installation of new aluminum fencing in 4-foot and 6-foot height.

• 7.Motion to approve the proposed construction at 348 Main Street submitted by Bruce Newton, consisting of a 10' x 12' shed at the rear of the property.
