  6. f.Motion to approve Pay Application #5 from Warren paving in the amount of $322,504.16 for work complete on the Hurricane Ida Road Repair project. 

  7. g.Motion to approve street closures at Beach Boulevard, Main Street and the Depot District on October 7th-10th from 8:00am to 5:00pm for Cruisin' the Coast events. Contingent upon Board of Supervisor approval. 

  8. h.Motion to approve street closures on Tenth Street from Ioor Street to Seube Street on October 31, 2026 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm for a Halloween block party.

  9. i.Motion to approve the street closure on Henley Place on October 31, 2026 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm for trick or treating.

  10. j.Motion to approve the following street closures on October 31, 2026 starting at 5:00pm for trick or treating: Spanish Acres at OST; 300 & 400 Blocks of Demontluzin Ave at Dunbar, Necaise and Toulme Streets; Highland Drive at Dunbar, Ranch and Harry Streets.

  11. k.Motion to approve the street closures on September 23, 2026 at 4:30pm starting at the Washington Street Pier traveling down South Beach Boulevard, left on Court Street, right onto Second Street, right onto Main Street, right onto South Beach Boulevard ending at Washington Street Pier for the Bay High School Homecoming parade. Contingent upon Board of Supervisors approval.
