The applicant is requesting a variance of 3.8 feet resulting in 8.2 feet setback to the side yard on Sycamore Street for the construction of a dwelling. 3.AJAX LLC – Application for an amendment to the zoning ordinance. The applicant is requesting to change the zoning from the current R-1 Single Family District to R-1A Single Family District.
