Invocation and Pledge

1.Motion to approve the resolution by the mayor and city council of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi approving and adopting the FY 2024-2025 Budget as finally determined by the city governing authority.
2.Motion to approve the resolution to fix the tax levies for the City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi for fiscal year 2025.
3.Motion to approve the proclamation to declare a state of emergency for hurricane Francine.

4.Motion to approve the payroll Ordinance 671-09-2024 of the mayor and city council adopting salary schedule, establishing salary compensation for officers, employees and open positions of the city of Bay St. Louis.
5.Motion to approve the salary scale for the police department for FY25.
6.Motion to approve the salary scale for the fire department for FY25.
7.Motion to approve the utility rates beginning October 1, 2024.
8.Motion to approve rates for the Harbor beginning October 1, 2024.
9.Motion to approve the fee schedule for the Building Department for FY25 effective October 1, 2024.
10.Motion to approve the fee schedule for the Permitting and Zoning Department for FY25 effective October 1, 2024.
11.Motion to spread the FEMA project worksheet for the Harbor Repairs from Hurricane Zeta
