Consent Agenda

• 6.Motion to approve the resolution of the Mayor and City Council of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, determining the necessity for and invoking the authority granted to municipalities and counties by the legislature with respect to tax increment financing as set forth in chapter 45 of Title 21, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and the regional economic development act as set forth in Section 57-64-1 Et Seq., determining that a public hearing be conducted in connection with the tax increment financing redevelopment plan, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, 2025 and for related purposes. 

• 7.Motion to approve the proposal from Southern Fire to replace the fire alarm system at the Boys and Girls Club building for $25,000 and paying for this project through the Capital Project Fund and to authorize the administration to transfer $25,000 from the Municipal Reserve Fund into the Capital Projects Fund for this project.
