Action Items

• 1.Motion to approve the construction of a detached carport at 303 Union Street submitted by 100 Men Hall

• 2.Motion to replace the vinyl windows currently in the house with in-kind DP-50 rated, white vinyl windows, and to remove the windows and install a sliding glass door in the rear of the sunroom. All road-facing windows will have SDL conventional grids at 503 N Second Street submitted by Joseph Lee 

• 3.Motion to approve the demo of the shed and replacement of windows, hardie siding, and replacement of roof on dwelling using Bay St Louis Historical Preservation Commission approved materials at 312 de Montluzin submitted by John Robin.

• 4.Motion to approve enclosing the front screen porch at 210 Union to convert to a sunroom submitted by Parker Contractor.

• 5.Motion to approve enclosing the screen porch at 242 Ballentine Street to make a pantry on the right side of the house, using the existing windows, and Hardie submitted by Parker Contractor.
