Call to Order

1.Motion to approve the decorative fence, sign on fence, and changes to the front porch and awning of 108 Court Street submitted by Corbitt Construction Group
2.Motion to approve the rear addition and interior remodel of the home at 115 Citizen as submitted by Benfatti Construction. The front facade will remain untouched except for repainting to match the existing appearance. The rear addition will match the existing home’s trim style and will utilize salvaged windows from the original rear wall. The only change to the exterior style on the rear addition will be the use of composite porch decking and wrapping the porch posts with Hardie board
3.Motion to approve the addition and single car carport at 149 Bay View Court as submitted by Stewart Heard. The project consists of bumping out exterior walls to add approximately 1,200 square feet, bringing the total heated and cooled living space to 2,500 square feet. The addition will use like materials and match the existing architecture. The front of the house will remain unchanged in features and appearance. The new exterior will feature white siding and trim with blue shutters and doors.
4.Motion to approve a 8' by 12' in-ground pool spa in the rear of the 126 Sycamore Street submitted Mary Thompson
5.Motion to grant conceptual approval for the construction of a new single-family home, swimming pool, and accessory dwelling unit at 135 St. Charles Street, as submitted by Benfatti Construction.
