• 11.Reyna Maynes Garay with the non-profit Divine Mercy Charity is requesting permission to create an access road to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

• 12.Cheryl Fowler is requesting the use of the T-ball field and water for May 25, 2022 for fun day with watersides and bouncy obstacle course for the Bayard Elementary students.

• 13.Concern resident would like to have a update on hiring of police officers, Highway 356 abandon house, business and cars and railroad crossings.

• 14.United Steelworkers would like to request the City of Bayard to pay the taxes in consideration of the donation of the property. In the amount of $731.06. 

• 15.Stand-by/On-call Wages for Department Heads. 

• 16.Discussion/Action for consideration of establishing Town Manger Classification.

• 17.Discussion/Action for Employee Wages.
