NEW BUSINESS

• 7.Purchase of new computer equipment and installation for city hall, maintenance department, and library. Items to be purchased are wireless access points, battery backup, switch/ports, firewalls, keyboards/monitors, PC, docking stations, $26,768.40.

• 8.Discussion on requested changes to police department structure and/or employee positions. 

• 9.Discussion on speed bumps in city limits.

• 10.Approval of intent to adopt of Economic Development Ordinance for G-Boyz processing facility.

• 13.Hiring of Joseph Gomez for FT Parks & Recreation position at the hourly rate of $12.75 upon successful completion of all pre-employment exams and background checks. 

  Maintenance Department employees - possible disciplinary action 

  Police Department employees - discussion on working hours for employee

  Adrian Badillo - increase in hourly wage of $.25 for completion of Water Level 1 Certification
