OLD BUSINESS

• 3.Request of donation of the medical clinic building owned by Grant County and discussion and approval of intended use to be provided to County of Grant to proceed with property transfer.

NEW BUSINESS

• 4.Adoption of Proclamation for Cobre High School Wrestling Team

• 5.Approval of Work Order No. 6 for Trumm Engineering for services pertaining to geotechnical investigation, survey and railroad right of entry fee for the north side property of the influent line project for a total up to $10,810 not including gross receipts taxes.

• 6.Approval to enter into legal services contract with Mynatt Martinez Springer under professional services under $60,000.

• 7.Discussion and Action on newly enacted Cannabis Regulation Act

• 8.Discussion/Approval of modifications to community center rental contract (fees, operating hours, terms and conditions).
